problems with video applications

having a problem with my video applications


when i am watching a video and have to pause it or turn it off to run another application when i turn it back on or go back to the video the screen is dark and cycles thru the rbg channels so that i see only glimpses or red blue or green . does anyone have any suggestions

Hi Evilpooh,

I can give you some suggestions but need to know a bit more.

What kind of video software are you using?
Have you tried to update your video card driver or reinstall all together?
Have you reinstalled or applied any updates to your video software?
Have you been able to switch between applications before and this is just starting to happen or have you not ever been able to switch without it going black?

Also supply your OS and video card you are using.
