    Every program has an Install/Uninstall process as Windows requires major
    configuration information to be added to the system Registry.

    If your question is, "Once a program has been installed, can I alter the groupings
    in the Start->All Programs?", the answer is yes. Moving things around however,
    may impact the Uninstall script should you need to do so.

    There are two ways the system finds programs to launch;
    a shortcut.lnk file that points to the correct location and
    a list of directories to be searched as listed in the PATH variable.
