Program Selection Choices

I have quite the lineup of programs for protection, and no idea which ones to use at startup, which ones to only use at specific times, and which ones to get rid of.

The Lineup:

Ewido Security Center
AVG AntiVirus
Kerio Personal Firewall
Spyware Doctor
Spybot S&D (and teatimer)
SywareBlaster
Ad-aware SE

What should I use at startup/only use when needed/get rid of?
(obviously leave on AVG and kerio)

your firewall and anti-virus should always be on. Your anti trojan horse programs use as needed.
