I have numerous concerts recorded on a DVD recorder connected to my TV. Used to have only analog signal, so some have some flecks, etc. Looking for a program that'll clean up some of that, if such exists (for home use). Once finalized in the DVD recorder, they're DVD-V.
Just bought Nero 9 but can't find any such feature, if it has it. You can cut, paste, convert formats, etc.
Also, many of these have commercial / pledge breaks. As far as I can tell, Nero will let you watch shows recorded to HDD & skip commercials automatically, but can't find anything about editing OUT commercials automatically from DVD-V files.
Even w/ other software, is editing commercials strictly manual?
