Question about ipmonitor

i just got ipmonitor i was wondering if there was a way to tell if theres another ip runing on my computer like a hacker or trojan i have reason to believe someone is trying to monitor my computer an i would like to know how to shut him or her off

all connections will be shown and you can kill any of them

the remote IP address is the thing to watch and clicking twice on the column
heading will bring all external addresses to the top.
