Asus Motherboard for Intel P4 Processors Model P4PE-X

thats the mother board im going to buy

and this is the ram im gonna buy

CRUCIAL MICRON 512MB 64x64 PC 3200 DDR RAM

is it ok that i only buy one stick? to me i would think it should be fine, but i read some review from a motherboard that said it is a good motherboard if i just wanted to use 1 stick of ram, didnt really know what that meant, i know back in the day some MB's needed to have atleast 2 sticks of ram, not sure if this is the case now... you guys have all been soo helpful.... just wanted to say thanks and that i appreciate all the feedback... :grinthumb

Nah, you can use 1 stick or the maxium sticks of memory it holds without the performance being affected by how many sticks your using (except if you were to use 2 sticks in Dual Channel mode).
