Quick Install A Program

I know with Windows 7 I was able just to move a program folder
over instead of having to install.
One of these programs was an old pinball game called 3D Pinball
which was really old and won't install the program with the disc
Can you do this with Windows 10 with some programs?

If the application is 16 bit it will not run on a 64 bit OS.
If the application is a stand-a-lone package, it should run fine.

I've found most third party applications that I use once installed. The installation folder can be moved/copied from system to system.
