Recently I put a VGA-Silencer(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835186110) on my radeon 9800 since I was getting alot of artifacting and they were known to run hot. After installing it, I turned my pc screen on and the monitor won't turn on neither will my saitek keyboard lights. I was guessing it was my power supply, Anyone got any other ideas. I think I'm running a 250 watt power supply but I can't find out for sure since it was a cheap power supply and the monitor won't come on. Help would be appreciated.
