Ram stick help..

I used a program for called everest to check my ram stick type/speed..this one is 533 mhz right?i just want to double check so i know the ram will work with my new mobo which is the

Asus P5N32E-SLI Plus

yea bro the reason i upgraded my mobo is cause later on i don't want to go through the hassle of all that non sense.

today my core 2 duo stocked at 3.0 is coming in.my bfg oc2 640 mb came in.lucky for me ups messed up and put the wrong name so i am getting another bfg which i am selling to my friend =x lol

i just hope i have no problem when setting this up.=( and i have to reformat.

my friend told me with this mobo i will be able to see 4 gigs of ram on windows 32 bit true?or would i need to get 64 bit vista
