CPU-Z and also Everest are reading that my OCZ DDR2-6400 800MHZ CL4 Platinum is actually running at cl5? (is that possible?) is the reading misinterpreted ? (Since everest reads my ram is XTC memory, which it isn't).. right now im going to test to see if Sandra and then PCwizard 2007... but if i see that it runs at cl5.. what can I do about it? there are 0 options at my bios for chaning the CL (Motherboard - Gigabyte G965PDS3 rev3.3) thanks in advance! (edit: in almost of all the program I see a chart that says something like 267MHZCL3 333MHZCL4 400MHZCL5 why do they false advertise then if this is true?) EDIT 2: ok found a way to enable more options in my bios, now I can change all the RAM settings... now my question is, if its advertised at cl4 800mhz, is it safe to do 4-4-4-12 800mhz (instead of the present 5-5-5-15) and should I up it by 0.01v? (or more?) or just let the bios automatically increase voltages according to overclocks (it has an Auto option for voltages)... thanks! edit 3: question that has nothing to do with this^^^ if up my fsb to 333 and lower my multiplier to 7 (keeping the same exact 2400MHZ) - will that count as overclocking and break my warranty?
