Random BSOD driver_irql_not_less_or_equal ntoskrnl.exe

Hi everyone, I have a compaq notebook (intel t4400, 4gb ram, win7 64 bit) that randomly crashes with BSOD showing "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal".
BlueScreenView shows the only driver in the stack is "ntoskrnl.exe".
What's the driver that really crashes the system?
Thank you very much.

I've already cheched the memory with memtest86+ and the drive but all seems to be ok.
So you think it's not a driver problem?

It would be nice if you mentioned doing these tests in your first post. NTOSKRNL.exe is a very general error that can mean most anything, first being Memory and then hard drive... Could the laptop be overheating?

Sorry for not mentioning the tests done but before posting I read the post "Before posting your minidumps, please read this" so I did those tests before posting!
:D :D :D :D
All jokes aside, the notebook works on an usb laptop cooler station so the overheating it's unlikely.
Anyway, Merry Christmas!
