    Please help me.
    I just need to know how to re-install windows without actually have to delete all the software. this is just for future reference.

    so i can access the software again but with fresh os system.

    You can't do that. You can either do a "repair" install, refreshing your existing OS or wipe the partition clean and get a completely new OS with reinstalling all the software.
