Ok, this is the first time that this has ever happened. I have an HP pavillion a340n. I tried recovering using the system recovery, but when I get to the Black screen where it has the windows xp logo that says " Please Wait " and then the computer reboots. I just made another partition using partition magic to backup my files. Would this have anything to do with it? I have 10 recovery cds and they did not work also. There has to be something wrong with the actual recovery partition. PLEASE HELP
