Realtek SD card problem

I have a new 945GCM5 V2 mther board.
With it, I have a CD to install the drivers.
But the Realtek ALC883 HD sound driver will not install.

I get a yellow sign in the sound video and games controllers area.

What to do ?

Using Internet Explorer go here http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=downloadindex
And press the box Click Here
Then download your Audio drivers and install them
