Recover deleted history items?

does anyone knows - how to recover visited sites data if the history items has been deleted?
i have checked the cookies n temporary files folders and also index.dat.
nothing is workable...
n if there s any goodsoftware for the same, please leme know?

Recuva download is a good free program... there are several excellent recovery packages at www.majorgeeks.com... some you have to pay for, but they are worth it if the data is worth it.
