Recovery

My laptop is an athlon amd 64 x2 duel core processor 6000+
2 gig ram,
tried to format and install windows proffesional what I did not know it was factory loaded by toshiba, so I cant acess internet now, sent for a recovery disc which is windows 7, what do I do step by step when I recive it#

If you have Windows on it now, just no internet access. You probably just need the wireless driver. On another computer Google your laptop model number and 'drivers', then go to the Toshiba page for the drivers and download them to a USB stick. Install the drivers on the Toshiba and you will be set.
