Red Alert 2 instant death

Hi there,
I haven't seen this in any other posts, but I hope someone can help. I recently purchased C&C: Red Alert 2 for PC, and I thought all was going well. However, after a certain time of playing, every infantry dies randomly. I can't play with this problem, of course, and was hoping anyone can tell me what to do?

Ah, I've just discovered it's not only the footsoldiers, but every building, tank, and every other thing under my command thats instantly obliterated. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

GRR, this is getting annyoying now. When I try to connect to the internet, it says I need to install something from the CD. Well, I've already installed the game?? I looked through the manual and neither of my problems are listed.

This is an offcial feature of RA2.. The game thinks it is pirated.

Try updating it with official patches or reinstalling.
