Remove x3watch

    I am not too familiar with the technical aspects of computing. I have XP home with the latest SP and would like to delete x3watch from my computer. I have the free version of the program and when I remove it from the control panel it just comes back when I reboot.
    Thanks for any help you can give.

    You're going to have to stop it from starting when you boot and running in the background before you can uninstall it:

    Start> Run> type in 'msconfig' without the quotes> enter> Selective Start-up> Startup tab> find the process and uncheck it> Apply> OK> Reboot.

    Close the nag message that comes up after checking 'don't show this message again'.

    Now do the uninstall. By the way, you don't need anything starting when you boot except the anti-virus program, firewall if you have one, touchpad if using laptop and network process is you have network set up.
