Replacement intel fan?

my processor fans is crapping out on me - makin noise and there sure is a lot of heat coming out of my case (not sure if its related) but i need to get a replacement fan - what can you guys recommend?

Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-8I915P Duo
Processor: Pentium 4 3.0Ghz

could i get an exact replacement or should i get something else?

Is it a socket 478 or 775? Which core is it Northwood or Prescott.

Ok Prescotts run hot so I recomend you get a better cooler than stock prefereably an all copper heatsink and maby heatpipes.

Also get some artic silver thermal compound.

and don't forget to wipe the cpu off with alcohol or acetone to remove any old thermal compound residue left by the old cooler.
