Restore Problem

Okay my computer has the ntldr problem. Im using a library comp. At home I have one old non internet avaible comp. Is there a way for me to dl or access the boot disks for xp home? Could someone compress it for me to fit in a floppy disk?

I've never used it, but seen it referenced quite a few times here, and I would imagine most of the people who've linked it wouldn't lead us wrong.
