Rogue App on IPad

I seem to have an unknown app running on my Ipad Mini 3, it is a BBC News programme which sits to the right of athe screen and keeps coming into view whenever I swipe to the right. I have looked at all my apps and there is nothing for BBC
anyone got any suggestions?

Go thru the Settings and look for the app there

Looked at all the apps nothing for BBC apart from iPlayer and BBC Sounds

Sure suggest a problem to me. uninstall it and bet it all goes away.

Sorted, called in Apple shop.
Apparently I had set up dueL screen mode
The chap showed me how to remove and set up the extra window
