RSS feed error opening Windows Live Mail

    I just completed the very long process of cleaning my pc after being infected with the secure check virus thanks to the awesome techs at TechSpot. There is only one new issue popping up now. When I open Windows Live Mail, I receive the following error message: Initialization of RSS feed support failed. RSS feeds could not be updated. When clicking OK, the program still opens and works fine but would like to clear up the error message. Didn't have the message before the virus.

    delete that specific RSS connection and then reconnect.

    BE ADVISE:- this typically will also delete existing notes from that source.

    I just tried that. There was only one feed listed (Microsoft). Deleted it and exited program. Reconnected program and still receive the same error. Double-checked feeds and there is nothing listed in there. Not sure what else to check?

    Sorry for the delayed reply - this is all fixed, in cleaning up old versions of IE that I was not using, this went away
