Yeah, I remember the good old days when it required 3-5 years college.

What you do at home on your own computer is 1, none of my business and 2, absolutely, completely different to what you would/should be doing on a corporate network for your employer.

This entire thread completely glosses over this fundamental and no-one has explicitly defined in what context they are having this discussion.
