Sagipsul and other malware

Been having problems with malware. I had the spyguard 2008 but took care of it, but now i have the sagipsul popup bug. Ive run Malaware, Avira, AVG, and superanti-spyware.

I'm at a loss and really dont want to have to do a clean install but will if its my last resort.
