Your fingerprint can be harvested from the card surface itself. Or your car window, glasses, personal items. Think about it...

Unlike a PIN, you can't change your fingerprint. Once compromised, forever compromised.

But it's not that easy! You're making it sound like it takes no effort at all to harvest. Harvesting a 4 digit code on the other hand, as others have already pointed out on here, is 1000x times easier.

I never said using your fingerprint was bullet proof, but it categorically is better than a 4 digit pin code.
