I am new to here , I have a Samsung Rf510 i5 4gb nvidia geforce with cuda , I use Proshow gold for creating slideshows I have had the computer 18mth and all of a sudden it won;t render a video using proshow gold , I upgraded form 4.51 to 5 and thats when I started , I went back to 4.51 and now it won't work with it at all.
Proshow have been very helpful and say its my computer , so I am thinking of taking it to samsung service centre to have it looked at , however its not under warranty , so before I do wondered if there is anyting I can do or should I take to any computer repairer .
I have opened the computer up but cannot get any further than just getting the cover off nothing else will move , and I can't find any info as to how to do it.
If I wanted to buy a new computer for this purpose which would you suggest or do you think this can be fixed.
