Scrambled icons

A am getting my icons scrambled. I rebooted and antivirused the PC and still nothing. Look at the attached pix of control panel...

Google " repair icons in XP" or get TweakUi for XP and repair icons from there.

man that was simple. I had Tweat UI already, but I did not tried it for that...
