Screen light flashes orange and green

pc is fine as far as noticeable iv tried resetting bios, trying my onbord graphics card, resetting jumpers and trying with various ide/sata devices unplugged and different monitors? causes and solutions plz

I would try a different cable from the graphics card to the monitor. On general principles I would try updating to the latest graphics driver if you haven't already.

CANT see the screen so i cant updte drivers and im using xp pro different cable did nothing my gfx card may be burnt out?

It appears so. Can you rule out the PSU being the problem?

yes the psu is fine

update: gfx card fan is spinning but making very loud noises,hdd is fine as i can see, motherboard is ok ram and pci cards are sat properly

It could be that the fan is not getting up to full speed and that allowed the graphics card to overheat and fail but that doesn't explain why your onboard graphics doesn't work. When you tried your onboard graphics, did you physically remove the separate graphics card? If not, try it.
