You have got a lot of stuff loading, and it looks like some serious cleaning is needed. Download and run Advanced SystemCare free...

Another temp file cleaner may be helpful:

Delete/fix these lines in your hijackthis log:
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = w3.ibm.com;w3-01.ibm.com;w3-03.ibm.com;[/B
]
O1 - Hosts: 94.232.248.66 security-problem.microsoft.com

O2 - BHO: Google Toolbar Notifier BHO - {AF69DE43-7D58-4638-B6FA-CE66B5AD205D} - C:\Program Files\Google\GoogleToolbarNotifier\5.2.4204.1700\swg.dll (file missing)

O2 - BHO: Google Dictionary Compression sdch - {C84D72FE-E17D-4195-BB24-76C02E2E7C4E} - C:\Program Files\Google\Google Toolbar\Component\fastsearch_B7C5AC242193BB3E.dll (file missing)

If you know what these are, leave them:

in.ibm.com is my company domain, so i have left them untouched.
Performed all the other steps mentioned,but the problem still persists.
Please advice.
Should i resend all the latest log files?
