Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong forum, BUT...

My ISP won't let me send an email video attachment of more than a few MB's in size. However, that is such a short viewing time, it is hardly worth sending.

Are there programs or sites to let me share a video clip? For example, does Webshots or Yahoo Photos allow posting and sharing videos?

Also, are there programs that can compact or shrink a clip, but still allow the recipient to view 20 or 30 MB's worth of video?

    TIA,
    Red
