Sharing DSL b/w 2 buildings

Hello every1
could n e 1 plz describe the whole procedure and the tools required to setup a DSL sharing network between 2 buildings.
its not a wifi network.
its gotta b a simple wired network allowing atleast 25 PC's 2 gain acces to the internet.the buildings r very close 2 each other.
plz let me kno wat will each of these PC's require as well.
plz feel free 2 comment on the idea and also suggest n e changes.
also describe wat exactly is this PPPoE???????

Is the distance between where you will be connecting more than 300 feet?

PPPoE means point to point protocol over ethernet. Basically when using DSL you establish a 1-to-1 connection to your ISP which then connects you to the internet. This is different than cable where you are directly connected to other computers as soon as you plug in.
