Shortcode 44600

I repeatedly get this message from shortcode 44600,
"http://getpicture.bell.ca/mow/init.do?msgid=0sus8e
getpicture.bell.ca"" on my phone. I do not know what this is nor do I trust clicking on the link to open.
Can you tell me if it is legitimate and what it is?

Telemarketing/spam - that's what it is. Unless you know what company is using that shortcode, it's not worth investigating any further, so just block it and then delete the message.
