Shorting out

I just built two pcs with the same hardware and one works just fine while the other seems to be shorting out. I mounted the mobo correctly and there is more than enough power (400w). I coulod really use some help.

what leads you to beleive it is shorting out? what are the symptoms

It will begin posting then all of the sudden it will completely shutdown.
