i am thinking about jus that too...

was thinking about AXP..... but the performance still doesn't match its price... so i will wait... and wait.. and wait.... TBred + DDR400.... best thing coming this year

The AthlonXP with a 133 FSB can barely use the extra bandwidth provided by 166 DDR memory ( 333 ) the same way a TBred won't be able to use the extra bandwidth provided by DDR 400 ( which still isn't approved by JEDEC BTW ). The Thoroughbred will not have a FSB > 133 & it will still have 256 KB of L2 cache. Just think of it simply as a cooler AthlonXP.

DDR 333 should be great, I recommend u wait till the DDR 400 or get some 333. Should be quite a noticable difference when compared to your sdram.
