i was wondering if i get an sli mobo can i use 2 crossfire edition ati x1300 on it

Unfortunately, no you can not.

SLI motherboards use nvidia cards ONLY (unless you are only running a single GPU, then ATI works fine).

If you want to run dual ATI cards, you must get a CROSSFIRE motherboard.

Yes, the nvidia motherboard chipsets have no problem with ATI cards.
