Slow build and converting from HP

Right now I have,

• HP Pavilion Elite m9600t CTO Desktop PC
• Intel Core i7-920 processor 2.66GHz
• EVGA nvidia 750ti GTX FTW ed. 2 GB
• 1TB RAID 0 (2 x 500GB SATA HDDs)
• 12 GB of RAM
• PSU *I believe is 400W HP factory one

I would like to purchase a new case, and PSU and move everything into a new case as I start to build a new PC. You think it is possible to move over this HP one into a new case. http://I.imgur.com/No49ELu.jpg It's pretty cluttered, especially since the 750 I currently have installed is bigger than the 550ti in the picture, however, I felt it wasnt that necessary to take another pic, unplug it etc. I want to buy a case with better cooling support, more room, etc. Down the road I'd do a new Montherboard and CPU together.

Thoughts, tips, I'd appreciate any.

Check pin-outs on PSU - some HP systemboards use proprietary pin-out pattern.
