Sm sbus controller problems

i'm having problems with my bus controller, in device manager it's asking for a driver the device is PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4372 CAN ANYONE HELP WHERE I CAN OBTAIN THE DRIVER NEEDED, OR WHAT OTHER INFORMATION I MIGHT NEED. THANKS
