So I have W32.Myzor.FK@yf, I saw someone mention that by running http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip I could get rid of it. Of all the solutions I have read this one seemed the easiest. (not all that computer savvy). Is this a safe application to use? Or will it create more problems. I have read some other threads about some other possible solutions but found them difficult to follow. And they make me nervous because they require more downloads, which is how I got into this position in the first place. Please Help! And thank you for your time.

Should you decide to clean your computer, please go ahead to Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions and follow the steps given. Do follow all the instructions exactly. They will provide logs for analysis of your system so I will know how to instruct you to proceed.
Thereafter, please post freshHijackThis, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread. Do not copy and paste your logs if not it will be ignored and/or removed.
Also, please let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan
