Socket S1 Phenom choice

I can choose between the phenom x2, x3 and x4 the dual has the highest clockrate of 2.9 and preforms better than the others in benches any thoughts ?

Phenoms use socket am2, am2+ and am3.

Never heard of socket S1 sorry.
