"trickle down economics" has proven to be a sham tme and time again. That money usually ends up in the hands of wealthy contractor companies, not the little guys making things happen.I never understand this argument. Where do you think this money has gone? It's like when Elon spends billions going to space. It's just handing down money to others. Whoever had this sum of money spare has now given it to someone else who probably needs it more.
Don’t worry, its not Facebook! Its a company called Meta, you probably haven’t heard of them but they are totally focussed on building out the metaverse with total respect for your privacy, security and wellbeing.

In order to understand you would have to have empathy, understand human suffering and value human life.I never understand this argument. Where do you think this money has gone? I didn't call you out. I only asked a revealing question.I don't have a ton of money at the moment. My mom passed just over a month ago and I just barely got a job for the first time in over a decade, but I have helped people before in my life and plan to again when I can.
If you have helped people before, kudos for calling me out. If not, how about helping someone the next chance you get.
Sometime last week, Steven Colbert (**) explained "NFTs" in depth. He wrote the explanation down on a paper bag, and is auctioning the bag off, with the proceeds going to actual charitable causes.I don't really know what NFT is and to be honest, I could care less. I think I've hit the age where its just not worth the effort.
Have you ever considered commenting on the actual topic, instead of ,merely commenting on other people's comments?*That's a nice sentiment.
How has spending the money you do have for humanitarian and philanthropic efforts felt?
This sounds a lot like companies trying to build buzz and stimulate demand, I wonder if the purchase was funded by the company that created it…
Yes.Have you ever considered commenting on the actual topic, instead of ,merely commenting on other people's comments?*
That sentiment works both ways, but you did indeed call me out. Language and context matter.I shouldn't matter to you.
I think that's going to depend solely on how profusely this generation breeds.I wonder how much more of this so called "progress" can the human race take before it goes back another step in the evolution chain.
The LGBTQ movement is pretty big and growing and the best thing about said movement is that most of them are not breeders. So many arbitrary identity classifications, but only 2 that really matter. Those who breed and those who do not.I think that's going to depend solely on how profusely this generation breeds.
All very true, but only to a certain point. In recent years, the white birth rate has equaled its death rate. The 3rd world, haven't let up that much. So, you have to take into account the social status, and educational performance of those that will comprise, "the next generation. Our, "devolution", may occur faster than anyone would like to believe, or even our worst fears. The LGBTQ movement is pretty big and growing and the best thing about said movement is that most of them are not breeders. I'll buy one for 500,000 if I can meet your dad.It is no secret I am massive on crypto. But NFTs are dodgey as hell. In my eyes, NFTs are the same as "precious" art work. Just an easy way to launder money.
There's no such thing as a racist in the context of it being a variant trait of the human condition. To have a multitude of biases and prejudices, including, but not not limited to, racial, is simply an inherent component of being human. To see the world without any prejudice is not organic, but rather the result of programming which most often fails to take hold completely.I'll no doubt be branded a "racist"
Exactly like thatWhat's this metaverse is about? Is it like Sony's Home back on the PS3?
I believe NFT and crypto are complete trash and worthless. Once the US government runs out of options to fight inflation, it can and will crash the crypto market. The solution to solve the financial crisis is to crash one of the overvalued markets.More like a way to exponentially exacerbate it. I mean, if you'll piss away 650 grand for something that doesn't even exist, think how much you could jack up the price for something equivalent that actually does.
Compltely unessesary dig. I think you misunderstood my postIn order to understand you would have to have empathy, understand human suffering and value human life.
