Sony Cybershot Camera Problem

I just returned from a vacation and my camera had been working fine. When I returned, after passing through airport security, when I turn on the camera, there is a white blank screen. I have checked the batteries, reinserted the memory card and reset the camera. I can take a picture if I look through the viewfinder hole, but do not have a picture on the large screen. That means I cannot see the menu or anything. Any ideas???

The LCD is broken probably.. Either damaged by X-rays or just dropping the luggage on the floor. If you google, you find a lot of grumpy articles about airport security

If the thing is still under warranty, let Sony replace it. If not.. Well, at least you know that your country is safe from terrorists
