Sound blaster extigy no sound

I recently installed creative sound blaster extigy. It worked fine for 3 weeks but now no sound. I have checked all connections, etc. Please help!!

Try another sound card and then we can go from there...

I tried going back to system internal sound card but still get nothing.

Make sure that the internal "sound card" is disabled in the bios, and try installing the PCI Extigy sound card once more. The Extigy series of sound card is classified as "end of service life" by Creative. I would suggest buying a Creative Audigy SE
