Sound is gone

  1. canyonrunner Newcomer, in training

    I no longer have sound on my computer.
    I have replaced the sound card. I have downloaded all new updates from Windows.
    I did download Windows XP prior to loss of sound, but I do not know if problem is associated with XP Services Pack 2 download.
