Soundblaster Z VS asus xonar dx2

Hi I have a hard choice to make so does anyone of you know witch one to buy? I want the best one and I know soundblaster got eax 5.0 and asus xonar dosent

The ASUS is a D2X btw, not a DX2. What sound system do you have (2.1, 5.0, 7.1)? Finally, what is your budget?
