  1. I recently formated my pc, something came up that had never happened before... I get this very low buzzing and whenever I move the cursor over icons, scroll, move a window or a webpage is loading the buzz becomes more noticeable.

I have an LCD 19" monitor, Logitech Z640 Speakers, Audigy2 ZS audio card and Logitech Cordless Duo mouse and keyboard... don't know where the problem lays but it's beggining to anoy me, I've tried reinstalling sound drivers, turning off monitor, moving away speakers and nothing seems to work. PC is also plugged to a grounded outlet. Weird thing is it did not happened with my previous windows installation.

Hope someone can help me on this matter, thx in advance!

This happens to me as well. I don't think it happens all the time but I have the exact same problem. Never figured out what was causing it.
