Hello,
I am noticing that my pc is periodically rebooting spontaneously -- maybe every two or three days or so. Following the advice in this forum, I have checked the memory and it seems to be fine. With speedfan I notice that the CPU does seem to get moderately hot when it's busy (55-60 C), but the CPU fan always kicks in to get the temperature back down. However, the reboots don't seem to occur when the CPU is at its hottest -- I haven't figured out whether there is in fact a connection.
Any suggestions on what I might do? Is the CPU the problem? If so, how do I fix it? If not, what else might be causing the problem?
I am happy to forward my minidumps if these would be helpful. Thank you.
