Spyware.cyberlog-x problem

Hey everyone, I've been trying to remove this for three days now, I've tried following instructions on the web involving all sorts of smitfraud removers, but in the end, nothing worked. Here's my HJT log, and please let me know if there's anything else necessary before working on this. Thanks!

Btw, I never did d/l the offered miracle cure program, I wasn't that gullible ;-)

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is infected with malware and you`re running an outdated version of HJT and have not renamed it.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as Attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the Panda Antirootkit scan.
