Start up problems with new system, please HELP!

So I finally decided to build that new system with the following parts:

CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo Conroe E6300
Motherboard:Intel P965LTCK
Graphics Card: Gigabyte 7600GT Silent Pipe II
RAM: 2 x 1GB Corsair pc5300
Case: Antec Sonata II
PSU: Antec Smartpower 450Watt
HDD: Western Digital Caviar 250GB Sata
Dvd Burner: LG 16x Super Multi
Dvd reader/cd writer: Lg CD/DVD Rom Drive
Floppy: Panasonic Floppy Drive
Operating System: Windows XP Professional 32Bit
Monitor: Samsung Syncmaster 940N
Keyboard/mouse: Standard Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse

I put everything in the case, following exactly the instructions provided. So after checking and double checking everything, I turn it on and the following happens:

Light on motherboard goes on,
power and status led go on for about half a second.
Cpu and case case fans spin up and then spin down after half a second.
PSU fan DOES NOT spin at all.
I have tried several times and it just continues to happen. So then I unplugged hard drive, floppy and optical drives but still no luck...

I am really out of ideas.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

I AM SUCH A FAT *****!

After unplugging ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, it turns out I didnt put in the 2x2 power connector.... GRR!!! Its gonna take me an hour to plug everything back in:S
