My friend recently had his iPhone 4 stolen. When he calls it, it goes straight to voice mail. Is there anything he can do about it? Since it goes to voice mail does that mean that it's off but the SIM card hasn't been changed yet?
All NEW mobile phone have a personal or ID tag this is generally called an IMEI number. If you contact your/their phones service provider they should be able to either track the item or shut it down and make it inoperable (apparently even if the thief bricks it!)
