Strange mouse pointer issue

Hello.Everytime I play Planetside 2 ,a 4 headed arrow mouse pointer appears at random intervals,right where the crosshair is. Sometimes the game also minimizes itself ! Please help me because it's ultra annoying!! (This happens also with other FPSs like Black Ops 2)

A four headed arrow is usually the icon used when moving something in certain applications, like photo-editors. Are you by chance running other programs in the background? I recommend turning off any unused background and other applications first and see if this problem still persists. I know in Planetside 2 specifically you can toggle your cursor, but it shouldn't be a four headed arrow. Make sure you are not hitting the toggle key by accident when playing. If I recall correctly the default should be left-alt.
